Warhammer: The Old World: BIB Foray I

Join us for BIB Foray I, a 500 point Warhammer: The Old World matched play event at Board in Brum.

This is a friendly, beginner-focused Foray event designed for new players, returning players, growing armies, and anyone looking for a great day of smaller-format Old World games.

The event will use the tSN Arena Foray ruleset.

Army Requirements

Armies must be built to the official 500 Point Foray ruleset.

All models must be genuine Games Workshop, Citadel or Forge World miniatures.

WYSIWYG is required. Models should clearly represent the units, weapons and equipment in your army list.

There is no painting requirement for BIB Foray events. Unpainted, part-painted and fully painted armies are all welcome.

Players who bring a fully painted and appropriately based army will receive +1 bonus Tournament Point.

Only painted and based armies are eligible for Best Painted.

Scenarios and Terrain

This event will use the official Foray scenarios and terrain layouts.

Rounds 1, 2 and 3 will each use one fixed Foray scenario.

Round 4 will be randomly selected from the three available Foray scenarios.

Board in Brum has purchased official Foray scenario cards to help run the event. These will be available as event reference copies where practical.

Awards

Awards will be given for:

1st Place
2nd Place
3rd Place
Most Sporting
Best Painted

The majority of prize support will be weighted toward soft-score awards, especially Most Sporting and Best Painted.

This is intentional. BIB Foray events are designed to build a positive Old World community, not just reward the sharpest 500 point list.

Parking

Parking on our estate and in the surrounding area is free.

Please park considerately and do not block our neighbours, shutters, doors, loading areas or access routes.
